A person who graduated from high school or has an equal educational background.

* All documents are submitted in Korean or English.

* Visa applications shall be issued directly by the consulate or embassy, and visa-related matters shall be contacted by the immigration office. 

* Countries that need a Letter of Guarantee (신원보증서) must find their own identity guarantees, and the guarantor must submit a copy of the notarized identity guarantees issued by the law office.
